How it Works:
Step 1: The Stress-Test. I run your draft through CoCounsel, a secure, data-safe AI trained on verified legal databases (not the open web - - this means that your data won't be used to train any LLMs and your data remains private).
Step 2: The AI Report with a Human Touch. You receive an AI-gnerated summary by professional grade legal AI CoCousel of: (a) what does the contract say; and (b) what are your rights and obligations as per the draft. If you have specific questions about the contract, I can add those to the mix, too. I will spend 15 minutes reviewing and editing the report to ensure it’s got a human touch and fits your needs.
Step 3: The Human Connection. We spend up to one hour together (via Zoom or direct drafting) to ensure the contract reflects your actual business goals.
If your contract needs more than this to get ‘fixed’, I am happy to spend more time on this for £210/hour (plus VAT, if required).
NB: it some cases it might be quicker for me to draft your contract from scratch. I have my own templates that have been stress-tested in lots of projects. If your contractual partner is happy to start off with your (rather than their) draft, then please get in touch for a custom-quote.
